Way ahead of you, Hec. Ok a week ahead. Been working just the clean and jerk portion because — fun! You can definitely tell a significant amount of work gets done in a minimum of time. Probably going to cycle back to the strength program for double kb next month and do that section in order then do some single bell stuff after that. That’s a lot to keep me busy and smiling.
Clean and jerks are definitely the “funnest” (and MOST BAD*SS) of all the exercises. Keep up the great work man… and if you need anything, just holler.
