Welcome back. In today's post I'm gonna show you how to get in another great workout in less than 30 minutes... even if you have two different sized kettlebells using the asymmetrical kettlebell clean.
You'll be going through a "series" of asymmetrical kettlebell cleans.

The Series
Rest periods:
A "work to rest ratio" (W:R) of 1:1.
"00:00" - ACL x 4
"00:30" - ACL x 6
"01:10" - ACL x *8
*After 8 cleans, this completes the series.
Rest top of the minute (TOM) plus one minute (TOM+1) and start your next series at "03:00".
E.g., 4 cleans takes 12 seconds.
For the sake of round numbers... we'll call it "15 seconds".
So you're gonna rest an additional 15 seconds starting set #2 at "00:30" for a set of 6 cleans.
Go on to complete 4 total series!
This is how to get in a killer, time-saving workout even if you have two different sized kettlebells.
