My man... welcome back! I’m pumped to pull back the curtain on a fresh single kettlebell workout I put together for ya since you’ll likely be stuck in your home a little longer.

All you need is one kettlebell you can press 10-15 times with good form.  Check out the deets (that’s details for the older crowd... I learned it from my 8 year old daughter) in the video below 👇🏽

1HSW (5R, 5L, 5R) E20
Rest: TOM+1

MP (3R, 3L, 3R) E20
Rest: TOM+1 

1HSW (5L, 5R, 5L) E20
Rest: TOM+1

MP (3L, 3R, 3L) E20
Rest: TOM+2

This completes the circuit.  Today complete 2 total circuits. Each circuit will take 9 minutes including your rest.  Giving you a total of 18 minutes to get in a killer, time-saving home kettlebell workout.

So you can spend less time in a gym (well, it’s closed anywayz) and more time with the familia... have a great one.
