Sup man, welcome back! In today's workout we'll be leveraging the double kettlebell snatch and double squat to improve endurance and respiration in the strength exercises.

The Circuit
Rest periods:
Each set in a series is completed every 20 seconds (E20). After completing a series... rest top of the minute plus an additional minute (TOM+1).
Series #1: โ00:00โ - (DSN x 5, โ00:20โ x 5, โ00:40โ x 5) rest TOM+1
Series #2: โ02:00โ - (DSQ x 3, โ02:20โ x 3, โ02:40โ x 3) rest TOM+1
Series #3: โ04:00โ - (DSN x 5, โ04:20โ x 5, โ04:40โ x 5) rest TOM+1
Series #4: โ06:00โ - (DSQ x 3, โ06:20โ x 3, โ06:40โ x 3) rest TOM+2
After the 4th series, this completes the circuitโฆ rest TOM+1 plus an additional minute taking for a total rest of TOM+2.
Each circuit takes 9 minutes including your restโฆ making todayโs session a 36 minute strength focused endurance session.
Circuit #2 starts at "09:00".
