Ch 5 of 5: The WORST Day Ever - Strong As Hec

Ch 5 of 5: The WORST Day Ever

Today was the absolute worst day ever

And don’t try to convince me

There’s something good in every day

Because, when you take a closer look

This place is a pretty evil place.

Even if

Some goodness does shine through once in a while

Satisfaction and happiness don’t last.

And it’s not true

It’s all in the mind and heart

Because

True happiness can be obtained

Only if one’s surroundings was good

It’s not true good exists

I’m sure you can agree

My reality

Creates

My attitude

It’s all beyond my control

And you’ll never in a million years hear me say

Today was a good day

============

Hey, It's me, your happiness…

Today’s I’m gonna show you how to use this lie [we tell ourselves], flip it, reset your perspective, retell your story, cement a new belief system, and become the man you’ve been called to be.

But…

Before I continue, please RE-READ this passage BACKWARDS.
Start with "Today was a good day" (6 lines above HERE).

Done?

Great!

It's been a while since we've talked.

So I thought I'd reach out.

I got this message from one of my mentors who got it from an unknown author and it might help you retell your story.

Sometimes, having a shift in perspective can change everything for you and create the bad*ss life you deserve like

... improve your relationship with your spouse.
... become the BAD*SS dad whom other men aspire to.
... improve your relationship & mindset around food/exercise.
... walk with confidence at work & earn the promotion you deserve.
... show up better for your kids and create memories they'll never forget.

Sometimes the path you need to take is smack dab in your face.

But--

instead you allow people (who don't really have your best interest at heart) and the outside world tell you

... "things aren't that simple."
... you need to train hard AF everyday for hours.
...
you eat too healthy, "I could never do that."
... you need to look like "x" guy in a magazine to be "a real man".
... if you don't train everyday & live in a gym,
you're not that serious.

I could go on and on.

And truth be told, "these people" are the most unhappy f*cking people in the world and we all know

"... misery loves company."

But you know what?

Sometimes these “things” *ARE* that simple.

Now, when I say simple, I don't mean "easy".

Often times, it's the opposite.

With simplicity comes:

  • Doubt
  • Discomfort
  • Uncertainty
  • and scrutiny from the outside world.

But you know the best part of simplicity?

It's repeatable, trackable, aaaand

... it's where the REAL results lie ------> WITH SIMPLICITY!

I'm here to encourage you to take the simple path (if the end-result is REALLY something you want.)

Even if it seems difficult.

Take the path.

Even if it seems too simple.

Take the path.

Even if you receive scrutiny from others.

Take the path.

Once you do

... you and I (your happiness) will be able to hang out more often.

Talk soon,

Your Happiness

P.S. Hector asked me to relay a message to you.

He said he had a special gift for you on his 1 on 1 Strategy Call!

We hope to see you on the call.
