Sup man, welcome back! In today's workout we'll be leveraging the double kettlebell snatch and double squat to improve endurance and respiration in the strength exercises.

The layout should look similar to the single kettlebell session from episode 62... following a "serial-circuit".  Below the video you can download the FREE cheat sheet for easy reference and note taking (no opt in required).

The Circuit

Rest periods:

Each set in a series is completed every 20 seconds (E20). After completing a series... rest top of the minute plus an additional minute (TOM+1).

1️⃣ Series #1: “00:00” - (DSN x 5, “00:20” x 5, “00:40” x 5) rest TOM+1
2️⃣ Series #2: “02:00” - (DSQ x 3, “02:20” x 3, “02:40” x 3) rest TOM+1
3️⃣ Series #3: “04:00” - (DSN x 5, “04:20” x 5, “04:40” x 5) rest TOM+1
4️⃣ Series #4: “06:00” - (DSQ x 3, “06:20” x 3, “06:40” x 3) rest TOM+2

After the 4th series, this completes the circuit… rest TOM+1 plus an additional minute taking for a total rest of TOM+2.

Each circuit takes 9 minutes including your rest… making today’s session a 36 minute strength focused endurance session.

Circuit #2 starts at "09:00".

Today, complete 4 total circuits.
