Yo! Sup man... in today’s session we close out our 9 week strength-focused endurance training series (SFET).  The exercise of choice for today is the double kettlebell swing... following a “serial-repeat”.

The Series: "Crazy 8's"

Series #1: Double Swing

Set #1: “00:00” - DSW x 8

Set #2: “00:30” - DSW x 8

Set #3: “01:00” - DSW x 8


After 3rd set of swings, rest top of the minute plus an additional minute (TOM+1)...

Series #2: Double Swing

Set #1: “03:00” - DSW x 8

Set #2: “03:30” - DSW x 8

Set #3: “04:00” - DSW x 8

After the 3rd set of swings (“04:15”ish), rest TOM+1 before starting the next series of swings.

Series #3 starts at “06:00”.

Each series takes 3 minutes including your rest.
