Next Phase of My Double 48kg Kettlebell Jerk Journey
Since the summer of 2023 I've been training the Double Kettlebell Jerk exclusively. The journey began for no particular reason, other than simplicity. I.e., how can I get the most out of my practice by doing less... so I can do more of what I enjoy doing.
Since then it has given birth to a big, hairy, audacious, goal (B-HAG). Something I'm calling "48X48X48."
The goal: 90 Double Kettlebell Jerks in 48 minutes, on my 48th Birthday, with a pair of 48kg bells. 🥴
I've given myself 3 years to prep for this day.
