Partner Agreement
This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the SAH Referral Partner Program. In this agreement, the term “Partner” refers to you (the applicant). In this agreement, “Strong As Hec” or "SAH" refers to Strong As Hec Programming, Inc. with whom you are entering this agreement. By applying to the SAH Referral Partner Program you are confirming that you have read the agreement and agree to the terms and conditions.
Commissions
For a sale to generate a commission to a Partner, the customer must complete the order form and remit full payment for the product. Commissions will only be paid on sales that are made when the customer clicks through qualified, correctly structured Affiliate links. Properly coded links are the sole responsibility of the partner. Commission earned can be viewed by logging in to the Referral Partner Center.
If the product sold is on a one-time payment commission, then the Partner will receive a commission for each individual order.
If the product sold is a recurring sale (such as a membership and commission), and said product is eligible for commission, then the Partner will continue to accumulate commissions for each paid transaction by the customer for as long as is designated by the commission program governing said partner.
Payment
Only commissions older than 30 days and in excess of $50 are eligible for distribution. At a minimum, Partner payments will be distributed on the 20th of each month and payments will not include any commission generated in the month preceding the distribution
Payments will be distributed via PayPal. Click here to start a PayPal.
Refunds
In the event a customer requests a refund for a transaction for which the Partner has earned commissions, any commissions earned on the refund amount will be deducted from the Partner’s current balance.
Usage and Obligation
Partners are permitted to use the Strong As Hec brand and marketing resources available in the Partner Resource Center. Logos and other assets cannot be modified. The Partner does not gain any trademark, copyright or any other rights to these materials.
The Partner will never imply that they are acting on behalf of Strong As Hec and will never advertise Strong As Hec products, courses, or events as their own. The Partner will never bid for advertisements that compete with Strong As Hec.
The Partner will never represent themselves, Strong As Hec or their relationship with Strong As Hec in a false or misleading way.
The Partner will not engage in the distribution of an unsolicited bulk email (spam) mentioning or referencing Strong As Hec.
Term and Termination
Either party has the right to terminate the agreement immediately without prior notice.
If the Partner terminates the agreement, no further commissions from Strong As Hec will be paid for any past or future customer transactions.
If Strong As Hec chooses to terminate the agreement, any balance greater than $25 USD will be paid to the Partner within 60 days of termination. Balances smaller than $25 will be forfeited.
If the Partner is earning recurring commission, Strong As Hec will not be obligated for any future payments after termination.
