Here’s 3 simple ways to do this…


[1.] Focusing on strength and not more conditioning boosts growth hormone and decreases cortisol levels… which increases your potential for more efficient fat loss.


[2.] Approach your training as a practice and not as a workout.


Why a practice?


Because technique is KING.


The cleaner your technique is, the more efficient you’ll be in your training.


The more efficient your training is, the more weight you can lift.


The more weight you lift.


The stronger you get and in turn, you'll use more energy.


Putting you in a caloric deficit and again - 


increase your potential to drop some unwanted pounds.


[3.] Practice simple concepts and bolt them to simple tools to provide maximum results.


In fact…
